These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at page-dogwoodway.click and your enrollment in training sessions offered by Page Dogwood Way Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "Page Dogwood Way"). By accessing the website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

Using this website or registering for a workshop, private chart review, or study group constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

2. Services described

Page Dogwood Way provides educational training in market volume analysis for breakout confirmation. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade execution, managed accounts, or guaranteed trading outcomes. All chart examples are for instructional purposes.

3. Enrollment and payment

Session fees are listed on our rates page. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge your reservation and, where applicable, receive your deposit. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decline enrollment if a session is full or if we determine a poor fit between your goals and our curriculum.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, workbooks, chart annotations, layouts, and graphics—is owned by Page Dogwood Way Co., Ltd. or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission. Personal notes you take during sessions are yours; printed workbooks provided at workshops remain our property unless otherwise stated at the event.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. Recording sessions without prior written consent is prohibited. You may not use our name or materials to imply endorsement of your trading signals or paid alert services.

6. Limitation of liability

Training is provided on an educational basis. We do not guarantee any trading result, income, or performance improvement. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Page Dogwood Way Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, attendance at sessions, or trading decisions you make before, during, or after training. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session shall not exceed the fee you paid for that session.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or scrape content in bulk. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.

8. Third-party links and images

The site may link to external resources or display stock photography. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or session offerings. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
