Page Dogwood Way Co., Ltd. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under applicable law including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, selected session, preferred date, and message content.
- Booking and payment: name, email, phone, billing details, and corporate tax ID if you request an invoice.
- Session materials: charts you submit for private reviews or pre-workshop exercises.
- Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit data such as pages viewed and referral source.
- Cookie consent: your accept or reject choice stored locally in your browser.
3. How we use your data
- Respond to inquiries and confirm workshop or review bookings.
- Prepare session materials and follow-up notes.
- Issue receipts and comply with Thai tax record requirements.
- Improve website content based on aggregated analytics (only if you accept cookies).
- Send session reminders and relevant scheduling updates.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your chart submissions for marketing without separate consent.
4. Legal bases
We process data based on: (a) your consent when you submit forms or accept cookies; (b) performance of a contract when you enroll in a paid session; (c) legitimate interests in operating our studio and improving our website, balanced against your rights; and (d) legal obligations for tax and accounting records.
5. Retention
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months unless a booking follows.
- Booking and payment records: seven years for tax compliance.
- Chart submissions for private reviews: deleted within 90 days after session unless you request earlier deletion.
- Analytics data: aggregated reports retained up to 26 months.
6. Sharing and processors
We may share data with:
- Email and calendar tools used to confirm appointments.
- Payment processors for bank transfer reconciliation.
- Analytics providers if you accept cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Processors act on our instructions and must protect your data. We do not transfer data internationally except where a processor stores data outside Thailand; in such cases we assess safeguards or rely on appropriate contractual protections.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To exercise rights, email hello@page-dogwoodway.click with sufficient detail for us to verify your identity.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, including access limits on booking records and secure handling of chart uploads. No online transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending passwords or brokerage credentials.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top will change when we do. Material updates affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where appropriate.
