Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to sessions offered by Page Dogwood Way Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. By paying a deposit or full fee, you agree to the terms below. For general service terms, see our Terms of Service.

1. Breakout Volume Confirmation Workshop

Cancellation by you

• 14 or more days before the workshop: full refund of any amount paid, or free transfer to another open date within six months.
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund, or transfer to another date with no additional fee.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund; transfer to another date at our discretion if a waitlisted seat can be filled.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a workshop due to instructor illness or studio unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost.

Deposits

The 50% deposit required to hold a seat follows the same timeline. Deposits are non-refundable inside seven days of the event unless we cancel.

No-shows

If you do not attend and did not cancel in advance, the full fee is forfeited. Printed materials prepared with your name cannot be refunded.

2. Private Chart Review Session

• 48 or more hours before the appointment: full refund or reschedule once at no charge.
• 24–47 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule once.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund; we may reschedule if you provide charts for the next available slot within 14 days.

If we have already annotated your submitted charts, the session fee is non-refundable regardless of timing.

No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

3. Weekly Volume Study Group

• Monthly membership is billed on the first of each month and covers four Thursday sessions.
• Cancel before the first of the month to avoid the next month's charge. Mid-month cancellations do not receive partial refunds for unused sessions.
• We may refund the current month only if we cancel more than two sessions in that month due to studio closure.

4. Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks and materials collected at a workshop you attended.
• Private review sessions where chart annotation has been completed.
• Bank transfer fees charged by your bank.
• Corporate training deposits after customised materials have been printed with your company branding.

5. Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking is available when requested outside the non-refundable window. Additional reschedules may incur a 500 THB administrative fee. Rescheduled workshops must occur within six months of the original date.

6. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers are returned to the account name on your booking confirmation. PromptPay refunds go to the number used at payment.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@page-dogwoodway.click with your name, session date, and reason. Phone cancellations are accepted at 089-374-6152 during office hours but must be confirmed by email for our records.

8. Work already started

If you leave a workshop early, no partial refund is issued because seat capacity was reserved and materials were issued. For private reviews, once the live session begins, the fee is earned in full.

9. Exceptions

We may make exceptions for documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions affecting your ability to reach Bangkok. Contact us with supporting documentation within three days of the scheduled session.
